- •2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (or other AIP-friendly berries)
- •1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to the lowest possible temperature, usually around 170°F (75°C).
- 2.Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- 3.Add the strawberries and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
- 4.Pour the fruit puree onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into a thin, even layer.
- 5.Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the center is no longer sticky to the touch.
- 6.Let it cool completely, then use scissors (with the parchment paper still on) to cut it into long strips. Roll them up to serve.
