Ingredients
- •1 inch fresh ginger
- •1 bunch cilantro
- •1 clove garlic
- •2 lemons
- •1/4 orange, or subsitute honey
- •32 ounces water
- •1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- •1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1.Thinly slice the ginger, chop the cilantro, and crush the garlic. Squeeze the juices from your lemons and orange and set them aside.
- 2.Bring 32 ounces of water to a rolling boil on the stove.
- 3.Pack the thinly sliced ginger, crushed garlic, and ground turmeric into a tea strainer or teapot.
- 4.Drown the ingredients in the boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea into your favorite mug. Stir in the reserved lemon and orange juices, olive oil, and fresh chopped cilantro. Sip your inflammation away!
