- •2 cups White Sweet Potatoes, dice
- •1 Tbsp Tin Star Cultured Ghee
- •1 cup Brussels Sprouts, thinly sliced
- •1/4 cup Yellow Onion, minced
- •1/2 tsp Primal Palate Breakfast Blend
Instructions
- 1.Heat up your ghee in a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the diced sweet potatoes and let them sauté for about 8 minutes.
- 2.While the potatoes are doing their thing, thinly slice your Brussels sprouts and mince the onion.
- 3.Just as the sweet potatoes start getting golden around the edges, dump the sprouts and onion into the pan.
- 4.Cook everything together until beautifully soft and caramelized, season with your breakfast spice blend, and serve up your clean morning energy bowl.
