Instructions
- 1.Throw the extra virgin olive oil, fresh or frozen raspberries, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger, and sea salt straight into your blender.
- 2.Blast it on high for a few seconds until smooth, vibrant, and fully emulsified.
- 3.Pour into a jar and store in the fridge for up to several days. Just give it a vigorous shake before dressing your greens!
