- •2 lemons
- •1/2 cup raw honey
- •1/4 cup filtered water
- •2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- •2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- •2 teaspoons garlic powder
- •3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- •3 pounds chicken wings, separated
Instructions
- 1.Juice your lemons and make sure your chicken wings are separated into drums and flats.
- 2.In a small saucepan over medium-high, combine the honey, lemon juice, water, coconut aminos, vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger. Once it simmers, drop the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.
- 3.Pour that marinade over your chicken wings in a bag or container. Let them soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is legendary).
- 4.Ready to eat? Toss them on the grill until cooked through, or arrange them on a sheet pan and bake at 400F for 1 hour, turning once until sticky and golden!
