- •6 sweet potatoes
- •1/2 cup coconut oil
- •3 tablespoons raw honey
- •1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •1 teaspoon coarse sea salt, plus more to taste
Instructions
- 1.Peel and chop your sweet potatoes into uniform chunks.
- 2.Toss them into a large pot, drown them in filtered water, and bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat. Lower the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until totally tender, then drain thoroughly.
- 3.Dump the hot potatoes back into the pot with the coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
- 4.Whip them at medium-low speed with an electric mixer until velvety smooth, season with a pinch more salt to taste, and serve hot!
