- •1 lb ground turkey
- •1 small zucchini, grated and squeezed dry
- •1 medium carrot, finely grated
- •1 tsp dried oregano or parsley
- •1/2 tsp onion powder
- •1/2 tsp sea salt
- •1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, squeezed zucchini, grated carrot, oregano, onion powder, and sea salt.
- 2.Use your hands to gently mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 3.Form the mixture into 8 small, kid-friendly patties.
- 4.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 5.Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- 6.Serve warm with a side of sliced avocado or plantain fries.
