Instructions
- 1.Throw the ground turkey, fresh herbs, garlic powder, cinnamon, and sea salt into a bowl. Mix it well with your hands, cover, and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes (or overnight) to lock the flavors in.
- 2.Melt 1 tablespoon of the coconut oil, mix it into the turkey blend, and shape into four thick patties.
- 3.Heat a skillet over medium heat, greased with the remaining 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and sear the patties for about 5 minutes per side until there's zero pink left in the middle.
