- •1 clove garlic
- •6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- •1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- •1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- •1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- •1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
- •1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- •1/4 teaspoon dried savory
- •1 pinch coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1.Crush your garlic clove and throw it into your blender.
- 2.Dump in the extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and all your dried herbs (oregano, rosemary, marjoram, thyme, and savory).
- 3.Blast it on high until completely emulsified and smooth. (If you prefer a rustic vibe, just shake it violently in a mason jar instead!)
- 4.Store it in the fridge. Pro-tip: it will solidify when chilled, so pull it out 30 minutes before mealtime to let it liquefy and return to its glorious state.
