- •2 oranges
- •1/4 bunch fresh mint
- •1 inch ginger
- •1 1/2 pounds wild caught salmon fillet
- •1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- •1 tablespoon coconut aminos, (optional)
- •1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- 1.Juice the oranges, chop the fresh mint, and peel the ginger.
- 2.Lay your wild salmon fillet inside a large marinating bag or container.
- 3.Throw the orange juice, mint, ginger, vinegar, coconut aminos, and salt into a blender. Blast on high for 30 seconds, then pour it over the salmon. Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour, flipping once.
- 4.Ready to cook? Fire up your oven to 400F, discard the marinade, and place the salmon on an oiled baking sheet.
- 5.Bake for 15 minutes until the fish flakes beautifully with a fork.
