Instructions
- 1.Mince your garlic, zest and juice the lime, and squeeze your fresh lemon juice.
- 2.Dump the garlic, lime juice, lime zest, lemon juice, olive oil, avocado oil, palm shortening, garlic powder, and sea salt straight into your food processor or blender.
- 3.Whip on high speed for 4-5 minutes without stopping until it transforms into an ultra-creamy, spreadable mayo.
- 4.Transfer to a jar, cover, and let it chill in the fridge for a few hours before using—this lets the flavors fully unlock and marry together.
