Ingredients
- •5 cups kale
- •1/2 pound mushroom
- •1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, or fat of choice
- •2 tablespoons filtered water
Instructions
- 1.Chop up your kale, slice the mushrooms.
- 2.Get a large skillet hot over medium-high heat. Melt the coconut oil and toss in the mushrooms.
- 3.Sauté the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until they look glossy and shrink down.
- 4.Dump in the chopped kale, beet tops, and stems along with a couple of tablespoons of filtered water to create steam.
- 5.Cook and stir vigorously for another 5-10 minutes until the greens turn deep dark green and beautifully tender.
