- •2 cups dried figs
- •2 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
- •1/3 cup coconut oil
- •1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- •1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- 1.Throw the dried figs, three-quarters of your shredded coconut, the coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt into a food processor.
- 2.Pulse in bursts until it builds a thick, sticky paste—stop and scrape down the sides a couple of times if needed.
- 3.Roll the paste into 1-inch bite-sized balls using your hands, then roll each one in your reserved shredded coconut to coat.
- 4.Pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the coconut oil solidify and set the shape. Store in the fridge for an easy snack!
