Instructions
- 1.Whisk the coconut flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt together in a massive mixing bowl.
- 2.Chop your chicken breasts into bite-sized, nugget-worthy chunks.
- 3.Toss the chicken into the flour mixture and stir vigorously until every single piece is completely coated.
- 4.Melt 4 tablespoons of coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until hot and shimmering, adding more from the 1/2 cup total as needed for subsequent batches.
- 5.Fry the chicken nuggets in small batches, using tongs to flip them until they're golden brown on all sides. Keep finished nuggets warm in a low oven while frying the rest.
- 6.Pile them high on a plate and serve hot with a side of clean herb ranch for dipping!
