- •2 large green plantains
- •2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- •1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2.Cut the ends off the plantains. Score the peel lengthwise and remove it.
- 3.Slice the plantains into thin, fry-shaped sticks, about 1/4-inch thick.
- 4.In a bowl, toss the plantain sticks with the melted coconut oil and sea salt until they are evenly coated.
- 5.Spread the plantains in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 6.Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
