Instructions
- 1.In a shallow bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, tapioca starch, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt.
- 2.Pat the chicken pieces dry with a paper towel.
- 3.Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated on all sides.
- 4.Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 5.Carefully place the coated chicken pieces in the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook in batches if necessary.
- 6.Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
