Instructions
- 1.Dump the shredded coconut, coconut oil, and a pinch of salt straight into your high-speed blender.
- 2.Crank it to high and use your tamper to aggressively push the flakes down into the blades.
- 3.Process in 1-minute bursts, pausing occasionally so you don't overheat your blender's motor.
- 4.After 5-10 minutes of blending, watch it transform into a thick, ultra-creamy paste. Pour it into a glass jar and store at room temp for months!
