Recipe
Ingredients
- •1 inch ginger
- •1 clove garlic
- •1 orange
- •1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
- •1/4 cup coconut aminos
- •1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- •1 tablespoon coconut oil, (or other solid cooking fat)
Instructions
- 1.Mince the ginger and garlic, juice the orange, and butterfly your chicken breasts so they cook evenly.
- 2.Throw the ginger, garlic, orange juice, coconut aminos, and salt into a blender. Blitz for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- 3.Pour that marinade over the chicken in a bag or container. Let it soak in the fridge for 1-2 hours, flipping halfway through.
- 4.Ready to cook? Slick your grill pan with coconut oil and fire it up over medium-high heat.
- 5.Pull the chicken from the marinade, pat it dry, and ditch the leftover liquid. Grill for about 10 minutes per side until cooked through. (Or bake at 400F for 30 minutes!)
