- •¾ cup Dijon-style mustard
- •¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- •2 tablespoons avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
- •6 garlic cloves minced
- •2 teaspoons Diamond Crystal kosher salt
- •3 pounds chicken drumsticks
- •¼ cup Minced Italian parsley and/or chives optional
Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, fresh orange juice, oil, minced garlic, and salt to create a vibrant marinade.
- 2.Toss the chicken drumsticks into the marinade until completely covered. Let them hang out in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- 3.Preheat your oven to 400F. Arrange the drumsticks on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4.Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the skin is beautifully caramelized and crisp. Shower with Minced Italian parsley and/or chives and devour!
