- •1 tbsp coconut oil for cooking
Instructions
- 1.In a medium bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated apple, parsley, onion powder, and sea salt.
- 2.Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
- 3.Roll the mixture into small, 1-inch meatballs.
- 4.Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 5.Carefully add the meatballs to the skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- 6.Serve as a fun finger food or with a side of mashed cauliflower.
