- •1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- •2 tbsp olive oil
- •3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- •1/2 tsp garlic powder
- •1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2.Steam the cauliflower florets until very tender, about 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- 3.Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a food processor with the olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt.
- 4.Pulse until the mixture is broken down and comes together, but still has some texture (don't make it a puree).
- 5.Scoop heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll them into small balls. Place them on the baking sheet.
- 6.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the poppers are firm and lightly golden on the outside.
