- •1 bag frozen riced cauliflower (thawed and excess water squeezed out)
- •1 large egg
- •1 tbsp olive oil
- •2 tbsp arrowroot powder
- •1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- 1.If using frozen riced cauliflower, thaw it in a frying pan over medium heat without oil to dry it out before mixing.
- 2.Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 3.Add the prepared cauliflower, egg, olive oil, arrowroot powder, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until it forms a uniform, dough-like batter.
- 4.Spoon the mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading it out thinly into your desired flatbread shapes.
- 5.Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges start to brown and the center is set.
