Instructions
- 1.In a large bowl, vigorously mix the ground turkey, maple syrup, grated ginger, cinnamon, minced garlic, chopped sage, and sea salt until fully combined.
- 2.Gently fold in the fresh blueberries so you don't smash them into an accidental purple paste.
- 3.Shape the mixture into tight, even breakfast patties.
- 4.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until beautifully browned and cooked through. Serve up your sweet-and-savory morning fuel!
